I’m from Boston originally and while the food down here in Louisiana is absolutely amazing. I miss my North end style pizza, thin crust. Not a crisp crust and ya can fold it. Joes ended my quest!! I will be back for more and more again!!!
Easy 5.0 and Joe’s has my favorite Alfredo sauce of all places from New Orleans to Houston. Better than OG, Carabbas, and several great places. There is alfredo, moist grilled chicken, and great pasta in those herbs. Pizza very good, but Pizza Delicious and top NYC pizza places are still safe for now. Joe’s is better than top 10% so easy 5.0. yum!
I live in Lake Charles but the drive to Sulphur for Joe’s is always well worth it! They have great service and wonderful customer service, I’ve never met a rude or testy waiter/waitress! They are always packed so your order may take a while but their servers are constantly making sure you are well taken care of. The food is always worth the wait as well, great Italian home style food!
Let me first just say Wow! I had some sort of chicken Romano that they recommended and it was every bit of deliciousness. If the rest of their menu is half that good, then you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and great service.
Another awesome meal. After not being served at Quaker Steak (see that review), the wife and I journeyed forth to Joes where we were greeted, seated and served (at our favorite table) as if we were old friends. The food was exquisite (chicken Marsala and seafood combo #2), tiramisu divine and try not to load up on the bread before entre arrives. You cannot go wrong dining here.
That’s Amore!. The only bad thing to say is that I can’t get enough of their homemade tomato sauce. I swear they’ve channeled the soul of my dearly departed Italian grandmother into the kitchen. If you go for supper expect to pay less than $60 for a meal (we had 4 in our party), enjoy a nice wine while waiting for your meal, and taking home the leftovers from their super-sized portions. Perfetto!
Delish!. Great pasta, delicious pizza, and the bread rolls are yummy! Great service and friendly people.
