Had a wonderful meal here last night. Food and wine were wonderful. Service was great. Very impressed on our first visit. Would recommend this Resturant to anyone.
Very nice meal – big improvement from our visit a few years ago. I’d recommend whatever fish specials they have for the night. Our group – redfish special & Seabass special were very good. Crab cakes were very good also – generous with the crab meat, not just a pile of bread stuffing. Desserts sounded good but were only ok. Of the lemon berry marscarpone cake, death by chocolate cake, bread pudding – bread pudding was the best.
OMG!!!! What an awesome place with awesome food and a friendly staff to go with it all. With enough food that 3 of us ate off of each other’s plates and still had to get a Togo Container!! Our waitress was awesome. We had coffee after dinner making me feel like I was having coffee with my grandmother in those adorable cups & saucers. Our waitress also brought us a cup of Lemon Mayer ice cream with 3 spoons just to try. I don’t eat ice cream an I think I was the one that ate the most…. Lol if I could give this review a 10 I would. I can’t wait to go back!!! I would be proud to take out of town guest here to eat.
Cafe Josephine in Lafayette (sunset) is PRICEY, which is fine if the food and experience warrants the price. In my opinion, (as a cook and foodie) it does NOT!!They do NOT meet the chef standards on any level for the extra pricey menu. I could give you a list of offenses but take my word for it. It’s not worth the price.
Biker friendly with great food and lots of it. We have our A.B.A.T.E. Meetings every month here. The atmosphere is great as is the service. The food is always great. People that love hamburgers, I believe these are the largest and everyone lives them. Personally I get seafood everytime and I haven’t tried anything I wouldn’t order again.. Fir you crawfish bisque lovers here’s the place to go.
User reviews. Went there for the first time the other night with some family. It was great. Tried the Eggplant Crab and was not dissapointed. Apps were great, service was good (even thought it was busy). Kinda pricey but the food is worth it! Would definitely go back.
First time I went and was very impressed. I plan on going back to try other dishes!!!
