My family and I have eaten here numerous times over many years. Up to the past year the food was excellent, always served hot and no complaints.The past several times I have been there, we had rice-centric dishes, which depend so much on the rice. Each time the rice was not steamed, maybe boiled, but not steamed. Some kernels of rice was hard, which to me means it was not even boiled properly.I will not return anytime soon.

Consistently good!. My family and I have eaten here numerous times as we travel into the area. It is one of the most reliable good meals served at any restaurant in Thibodaux. The chef is very protective over his recipes and prepares each dish. That enables consistency and quality to be maintained. The dinners are large and the Mandarin Chicken is one of the best dishes, prepared fresh to order. We highly recommend this dish, along with the buffet.
