I had the touffe with catfish. Being your appetite!! I got about twenty bite size hunks of fried catfish that was mouthwatering. Letty was a wonderful waitress. Had crabmeat gumbo which was to die for. Only bad thing is there was no room for the bread pudding!
Happy for 27 years. My husband and I have enjoyed Flanagan’s now for almost 30 years. Usually we order the same thing, not too much change, though occasionally we try something new. I love the chicken and sausage gumbo 9with potato salad) and he loves the chopped sirloin. Unlike a lot of other places, they don’t make the gumbo too spicy. You can always add hot sauce or file if you like. These dishes are always up to par we find. The onion rings are terrific also. We have a pleasant experience whenever we go.

Food arrived 90 min after ordering… Some food did not arrive as it was accidentally served to people who came in 30 mim after us….some arrived wrong….some had been changed because they ran out of some items and did not tell us until it arrived…Server had an attitude, hostess was simple minded, bartender tried to help but had no authority.
