  I love to support local business, but this place is incapable of cooking edible food. When I try to provide feedback, the management refuses to respond. Take a picture of this filthy Dairy Queen-style food shack as I don’t see their malts keeping them in business much longer.

  Fresh Burgers, tasty fries!. I love this place! I like to support local businesses. The burgers and fries are so much better than fast food! The service counter is friendly and they work as fast as they can to make your order. I love their onion rings, too. I shake lots of black pepper on mine. You can take your meal back home or to your office or eat in your car. There are no tables to sit at. The food is always fresh and I think they do change the oil frequently because I never burp up old oil taste later in the day. Try it, I think you’ll like it!

  Fairly good and fresh. I used to eat here often in my youth. Since that time, apparently they have changed cooked and recipes. The food is not as good, the buns are often stale, and the seasonings seem to be lacking. No longer will I go there often, but for old time’s sake maybe once a year or less.10 Dec, 2010Icon in Thibodaux. This restaurant is iconic in Thibodaux. A generation grew up eating here. Long before the fast food mile on the way to WalMart, this restaurant was there serving fresh made and cooked food. Suffering a set back after the hurricanes, they are back and we are glad to see it. What ever you order will be cooked fresh, get ready to wait a little. The taste and freshness is well worth it. Takes you back to a simpler time, when food was simple and friendships, meeting other couples at the Malt N Burger, not to be maudlin but this is something we recommend you try.

  Fried chicken!. Malt-n-Burger has been around for a long time, and it just recently reopened after the recent hurricanes. Place is a little beat up, but they are open.Best fried chicken I’ve ever had! You have to call it in if you want the fried chicken on time (cooked to order, takes 30 minutes), but it’s well worth it.Great po-boys too.
