Unpredictable quality. The recent trip we made was disappointing. The chicken was not only greasy, but over-fried. The crust on some of the chicken was hard it was inedible. The onion rings were the best item of the meal.Apparently, quality control is a problem here. From one trip to another, the food quality changes. If you guess right, it is good, if you guess wrong….
