Management and team need training. When we arrived the floor was dirty and wet, the bathrooms were in great need of cleaning and resupplying and the atmosphere was one of neglect. We ordered burgers for all of our party and the North Pacific Cod Fish sandwich (4 quantity). Though they took our order, they later informed us that they did not have the Cod fish sandwich. We asked for any fish sandwich and they said they had no fish and did not expect any. On our way to the restaurant, only a few hundred yards away from the restaurant, was a highway billboard advertising the Pacific Cod fish sandwich at Wendy’s.
