Great Service-Needs help cooking steaks. There was no one in there when we stopped in. We opted for the steak instead of the usual hamburgerthat I have eaten there before with others. The steak was paper thin and over cooked and no where closeto medium. The steak tasted like old meat and stunk like it too. A piece of cardboard would have tasted better! Just the grossest steak I have ever had in my life and I actually paid money for this meal.The potato was good, but then who could go wrong on a baked potato. The best thing I have to say is that the service was great! When I go out to eat, I would like to have conversations with whom I am with and not a long winded conversation with the cook or owner. Stick with the hamburger if you go!
The steaks were very good and cooked perfectly as were the baked potato. The bread pudding was wonderful as well. The down sides, the appetizer were not homemade, the salads were plain. It is your classic hole in the wall. I could have gone without Being greeted by an infant in a walker. But the food wasn’t bad.
