This buffet, specifically on Friday and Saturday nights, is probably the best Chinese buffet I’ve ever been to, and that says a lot. They offer snow crab legs, blue crabs, and crawfish, and they’re actually GOOD — well seasoned and easy to peel. The snow crabs are the best, in my opinion. They also have really good sushi, not the usual crap found on most Chinese buffets. Their Mongolian grill is top-notch, as are the other regular Chinese buffet offerings. They even added real cakes — carrot, and lemon poppy seed — to their buffet. I’m talking REAL, moist cakes, not those little square sawdust-tasting cakes that are found on most Chinese buffets. Plus they have homemade almond cookies! 😀
