Had the cheeseburger. The patty tasted like a slim jim and they had salad lettuce on it. The bacon was also under portioned as well as it was cut very small to start with.
I like it there. Very friendly people. I got a couple of Natchitoches meat pies and some smoked chicken. Both were outstanding.
Yuck! Don’t go on a Saturday. We walked in and the girl said were so under staffed on Saturdays that u can only order one of these 4 options. I ordered Ribbs. They tasted boiled not smoked. No seasoning. I asked for BBQ sauce she took my whole plate to the back to add BBQ sauce because they had no bottles or containers for BBQ sauce. I will not eat here again. Horriable BBQ.
Close to I-10 and great.. About a mile off I-10. If you are rushing through Louisiana, and can’t find the time for a sit down meal,but want a taste of delicious hot take out food, go to the market side of this place, and get a nice variety stuffed breads and meats and boudin. I would venture to say, it will probably better than most sit-down cajun meals you will get anywhere near the interstate. Lots of bang for your buck. (I grew up in Lafayette, and know about these things)
One of the best…. Smoked boudin is out of this world. Boudin balls were very fresh and clean-tasting. Top-quality pork products. Nice to have this great place right over the bridge instead of having to drive all the way to Acadiana,.
Best Boudin that I have ever tasted. Bergeron’s brings back my old cajun memories of what cajun boudin use to tast like. There’s just no other way to put it…Bergeron’s boudin is the real deal when it comes to eaten Cajun food. Thanks a million Bergeron’s.
