Service not good. I ordered food to go and the waitress behind the counter left my food sitting on the serving line for 15 minutes. When I finally received my food it was cold. She was not busy just lazy. I will not go back .

Change in cooks???. Camiles has been our hometown favorite restaurant for a good quick meal. Hardly ever having to wait in line and getting good quality Cajun food. But, they must have changed cooks. Last night my party of six experienced the worst meal I have ever eaten at Camiles. The only good part of out 6 meals was the seafood suffed baked potato. Nothing had any seasoning to it. Grilled catfish, no taste, my wife’s seafood platter, everything tastes like flour, no seasoning. My kids hamburgers were cooked so much they were so dry they couldn’t hardly eat them. The onion rings were overcooked and the boudin balls were without taste. I figure it must new cooks. I am no saying I won’t go back, but I will say, it will probably be a while. I hope they fix the problem, because it was a great place to eat.

This is a has-been highway side sticky diner. Service is mediocre and the food is hit or miss. Nothing will wow you except the sticky tablecloth and menu and chair. Look across the street McDonalds and consider that as a higher quality and consistent alternative.

Oh Hell Yeah!. Ordered the half and half lunch special (shrimp & catfish)… most excellent.

I did not know it was possible to put a few popcorn shrimp into a dish, cover them with thick layer of sticky mashed potatoes and a topping of grated cheese, brown it in the oven and sell it with a house salad for over $14.95. My bad. Grossly overpriced food served by a pleasant staff.

Awful food. Slow service. Pricey.. Awful food. Slow service. The server even took fifteen minutes to take our payment so we could leave. On a positive note, waiting for her has given me time to type this bad review. The red beans & rice tasted very salty with a hint of ketchup. I ate the rice portion only because I was so hungry and had just blown $10 on it. The salad was slightly wilted and the grape tomatoes clearly rotten/brown/mushy.My better half ordered the shrimp poboy w/ fries. It was OK, but nothing special. Tasted like frozen shrimp from a cheap dinner. I would not waste time/money coming here again.
