Took a chance en route from Baton Rouge to Texas. Sometimes truck plaza diners are gems just waiting to be found. My biggest comment is how dirty the diner is. Layers of grime on everything starting with the menus- I was fearful to touch them and then eat without washing my hands! Service marginal & food just edible. Best comment I have is that the coffee was good. Would not recommend.
