Very disappointed. Super slow service, errors in orders and seems like the common reply to every thing was (sorry, didn’t hear, new system, short staffed, won’t happen next time….)I had to eventually go to bar and get my own drink after 7 minutes. I am reminded why I BFF is not on my top 25 list of places to go. I wonder: why my four children take my money there???That’s about to change also. PS: although I was very disappointed, I did leave a 20% tip as I believe it is at a level higher than the server (maybe!!)
We love their wings! My husband can get his spicy favorites, and I can get my sweet teriyaki glaze. I also like their grilled chicken salad and burgers. You can’t go wrong here. Relaxed atmosphere, kid friendly and food choices for every preference.

Horrible Service.. First time at new restaurant. Horrible experience. First time I’ve ever had to walk out of a restaurant. Waited 15 mins and nobody took our drink orders or even spoke to us. It also wasn’t busy at all. Maybe 3 tables being used in whole dining area. I counted almost FIFTEEN workers in the area just talking to one another, singing, and flirting. They would even look at us AND I made eye contact with the manager. I ended up taking my business next door and I won’t be back. I’ll also tell my co-workers and friends about my bad experience. It’s disappointing that the Alexandria/Shreveport locations are good and Monroe can’t do anything right. Hope you get your act together.
Worst experience ever!. Dined in BWW for the first time at this location in West Monroe, LA. Being that it was a playoff night for the NFL, I had expected that BWW would have their best wait staff on board, but this was NOT the case. We waited for an unforeseen time due to the laziness and lack of teamwork from the waitstaff. There were several tables that needed to be cleaned before seating new customers and I repeatedly saw several members of the waitstaff walk by as if it were not their problem. The two managers on duty that night were slow to attending to the customers and the entire waitstaff looked exhausted, upset and not wanting to be there. My food came out dry, cold and not even seasoned to taste. I spoke with the manager to see if he could get the ball rolling on things but nothing was done. I left feeling disappointed, upset and not satisfied with the service that was not given for this evening. This is a new location, so you would think that they would be jumping over hoops to please the people of this area, right?
I love BWW; however, out of three experiences there (West Monroe location) only one has been acceptable. Twice I’ve been out on hold for 10+ minutes, then when I arrive my order is wrong and I have to wait longer. Last week I waited over an hour for my order. 2-3 employees doing nothing but wasting payroll talking rather than helping customers. Tonight they call me 20 minutes after our order was placed and said they changed my order because they couldn’t make the wings I wanted. This place needs someone to step in and start training/managing the staff. I realize they just opened but I know I’m not alone with my frustration here and their failures are common sense service etiquette. The one good experience I did have was dining in as our waitress was friendly, the food was great, and overall was a great night. Please fix the take out gap and put your team to work!
I love BWW! The staff was so friendly and inviting! My waitress was Amber and she was so wonderful! I would recommend this place and my waitress to everyone! Keep up the good work BWW of West Monroe!
