Sinking ship. We were seated quickly,but that was the only good part of the visit. We ordered an appertizer and drinks first. Had to ask twice for my wifes drink,twice more for napkins , still no silver ware. Approx. 25 minutes later the waitress returned saying they ran out of pot pie and i could wait another 25 min. Or reorder ! Finally the check, they tried to charge me for the food they ran out ofanother 15 min. Stuck. On the way out 4 emp. Sitting in the foyer.
Terrible. We eat out a lot with family and friends and this was the worst we have ever had. we were there over 2 hours. we didn’t get waited on until 30-40 mins after being seated. during which time we saw 2 parties leave because of that same reason. we ordered our food with our drinks thinking it would be faster. we got our drinks about 45 mins after ordering. 30 mins later we got our food. we would have left but my friends baby was with us and she didn’t feel like hauling all the stuff around again. needless to say we did talk to the manager and got refunded some money. it wouldn’t have been so bad if the restaurant had been full and the help working hard, but it was neither! there were a lot of the waiters and waitresses just walking around talking to each other and the restaurant was only half full. P.S. we NEVER complain, but this experience deserved this rant
Very Good Place to eat. My first time to Cheddar’s. My wait for a table was 5 min. Our waiter for our order came right over. Drinks were brought to our table. Our food came within 15min. Everything was to our satisfaction. We will return another day.
Just horrible.
West monroe, la..worst service ever.sit down to a dirty table and booth.thought i was gonna have to go in kitchen to fix my own food..finally after 20 minutes only half order came to table.eat first half before second remainding meal showed up.asked for rolls.they didnt even have any ready.im done with cheddars
Will not try chedders again. This is the third time we have been and have waited 15 mins before even asking our drink order. They were not busy at all. Several people left while we were there without even ordering and we was right behind them this time.
Getting better! Thought we would never go back but someone said its a totally new management team and I gotta say they are trying to address the issues! Food was hot and fresh and our waitress was a delight!
