Best Crawfish. Passing through Monroe, I decided to stop by Crawfish City. I’m glad I did. The Crawfish was well seasoned and delicious. Just make sure to order corn and potato since the orders don’t come with it. Nice staff too!
Disappointing. The atmosphere is great, but the crawfish is very bland, and the cooks are very rough with them. They were tiny, and about 15% of each pound was broken or were already dead when they hit the boiler. The corn wasn’t boiled long enough, and had no seasoning.

I LOVE this restaurant! I always try to support locally owned restaurants and little dives, and Crawfish City never disappoints! The Crawfish were amazing, and the shrimp were HUGE, and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a down home dive.
If you are looking for good crawfish DON’T go here! I have never had crawfish that tasted so bland, almost like they we using the same batch of boil over and over without reseasoning it! One word: TASTELESS.
