Overcharged. I work at a facility in which i can’t leave. my friend went to get buffet and bring to me. over the phone i was told it was 4.99 per pound. they charged 8 dollars per pound. when i called, they said sushi and meat/seafood is 7.99 per pound. i got buffet, they gave the runaround to validate charging so much. i won’t be going to west monroe hibachi ever again
Couldnt cut tso chicken with a fork. Couldnt cut through my tso chicken with a fork. The crab puffs tasted more like sweet puffs. The salad bar is a sad excuse for a salad bar. No fresh cucumber, tomatos, baccon bits, and the ranch was so thick it plopped off the spoon. Then theres the crab legs. What is that nasty muck they have all over them. Can you not get the regular crab legs out in a decent time?? I paid $15 for wasted food. Most of what was on my plates went to rhe trash because it was nasty and hard.You battered butterfly shrimp was way over cooked. I will never step back in this resturant.

Great selections. Everything I tried was good. The hibachi fried rice was very good. Chocolate fountain was wonderful! I will be back!
Better than monroe. I really like this place. Its a lot larger on the inside than you’d think. They have this creamy hibachi shrimp that is AWESOME. Also there is some pink fluff in a little cup on the dessert table that is fantastic. For the most part its pretty standard but i do prefer this one to the one in Monroe.
