LOVE IT!. I no longer have the luxury of eating at Johnny’s Pizza since I moved so far far away. I’ve lived in many states, have had many different pizza’s and nothing compares to Johnny’s, well except Pagliacci’s in Seattle but they are so different you really can’t compare. I miss Sweep the Kitchen and Sweep the Swamp. I wish they did overnight shipping because I would be all over that stocking up my freezer every chance I got.

Vegetarian in Louisiana. I tried Johnny’s Pizza House for the first time last week. I love pizza and after a horrible experience at Domino’s I decided to give this location a shot. In a nut shell poor customer service and my cinnamon sticks didn’t have any icing what-so-ever. I did write a comment on their site as I was dissatisfied with my experience. I received a call from customer service on Monday and talked to a rep. I was sent vouchers to try it again. This was a first; I’ve never had any company try to make right what went wrong so this was refreshing. I got them in the mail this week and since pizza is my thing I figured I’d try this location again and order the same thing using the vouchers. Long story short, this experience was worse customer-service wise than the first trip. The quality of the pizza was about the same but looked like they used canned mushrooms this time around but the cinnamon sticks were much better. Even giving the cashier my free vouchers they still charged me for the cinnamon sticks. Not sure how that’s even possible, but yes, that happened. I tried to explain it but it was way over the gentleman’s head.If you want to try Johnny’s Pizza House, do yourself a favor and go to another location, not the one on Warren. I will not be returning to this location and I’m thinking pizza is the perfect thing to give up for Lent.
