How does a company stay in business with staff that is completely incompetent? This is the final chance I am giving this place. I would say restaurant but in a restaurant you order food and you get served food. This place you order and then you wait for 1.5 hours and then the waitress says sorry would you like an appetizer while you wait. Really? A damn appetizer, we could not get our food how would she get us an appetizer? During this 1.5 hour wait, our waitress bought us some rolls (no butter) just nasty rolls. People next to us had butter but not us apparently we did not qualify. It would have been nice to have been able to rate the food but unfortunately this will not happen because we were not served. There was not a person at this facility AKA restaurant that gave two monkey turds about their customers. Here is a tip Logan’s, go ahead and close your doors, maybe a real business person with a passion of food will buy this building and turn it into a restaurant, something Logan’s is not. By the way we left this joint and dined at El Sombrero down the road this restaurant had excellent chimichanga’s and the staff actually cared !!
Absolutely dreadful. The food item quality ordered for table of 4 ranged from mediocre to not edible at all.Extremely dissapointed.
Horrible. Service was horrible, fried foods looked like they had been fried in old grease and we were not able to eat them. Nothing about this meal was good! We will not be returning!!
Walked Out. Walked out today…..set at our table for 7 minutes while everyone around us and seated after us was served. No drinks or rolls or even a hello from a waiter. More than meets the eye. Logan’s is getting bad reviews and it’s not all that meets the eye here. There are a number of servers that are very good at their job there. A bad experience in my opinion needs to be followed by another try. I agree after two or three times at ANY restaurant then yes it deserves a low rating. Stephanie ( on maternity leave now ) , Stephen ( best person to make Roadhouse Teas and really cool ), Karen, great all around, Jessie, really good, and many more not mentioned are just a few of the servers I am referring to. As with any business, employees and management are always evolving. It is not a permanent fixture. People move, seek higher wages, greater opportunities. So before you rule out Logan’s for good, go back and ask for one of these I have mentioned. You WON’T be disappointed. The food and drinks ARE consistently good. Keep in mind many of the servers at Logan’s and other restaurants are working on low wages while attending our local colleges, so please tip well. They deserve it.
Blah!!. I have never had a good experience. If our food was dilivered on time it wasn’t right and if it wasn’t on time it still wasn’t right. Not a friendly staff at all. To them, the customer isn’t right. I’ve worked with customers in the resturaunt field and in the customer service field and I know how a customer should be treated. I will never go back to Logan’s again. My husband and I made that agreement a LONG time ago!!!!
When we first arrived, we were seated at a dirty table. There were crumbs and some sort of cream sauce smeared all over the table. Upon looking in the peanut bucket, we saw a chewed on wing bone. The waitress was kind, and moved us to a clean table. We were given no silverware. The appetizer was burnt and they were out of marinara sauce. The bathrooms were atrocious and my 3 year old daughter slipped in urine that was puddled on the floor, there were no napkins. The waitress was very sweet, but not very good at waitressing. They were out of at least one thing that each of us originally chose to order. There were 3 adults in my party and we each ordered a meal, only one of us actually ate our food because it was so bad. We should have sent it all back, but we had already waited an hour and a half for our food, and by this point were just ready to go. There is more that I’m leaving out, I’m sure, because this is the first time I have ever eaten out anywhere that I seriously considered sending everything back and refusing to pay for anything but our drinks. In retrospect, we should have left after the first 15 minutes, but kept thinking it couldn’t get any worse. Boy, were we wrong! I cannot remember a more terrible dining experience.
