STEAK FOR TWO*1 lb. hand-cut, Tri-Tip Sirloin steak grilled over real mesquite wood and served with a made-in-house steak au jus sauce on a sizzlin skillet. Served with two sides and a shareable appetizer. This is the worst case of false advertisement I have seen or experienced in years. You advertise this as a steak for two, TOO SHARE, and when the bill finally arrives you charge for two steaks. The customer does not get a choice of how he want the steak cooked, well, med. rare, etc. and the waitress said you don’t have a choice because they are all cooked the same and it takes forever to get it cook just a little more and when it arrives 30 minutes late from just being warmed up it now too touch to eat.!!! The manager was no help at all and had the same RIPOFF ATTITUDE as the waitress had. The customers do get two salads to share, which the order was also backwards. The appetizer was nothing but stale broken chips with a cheese that has no flavor..what is that? Your TV commercial displays this with an announcer speaking as a steak for two and shows 13.99, NOT times two. You are ripping people off with this, your service sucks, we spend almost 1.5 hours biting our lip more than eating food. This area of people is out eating by the 1000’s every day and night and I will see that this ad reaches as many as possible and hopefully you can close your doors. Logans store 332 in West Monroe, La. is a disgrace.G. Smith4/18/19
I took my son to Logan’s one night to get a steak. We got there rather late but were still greeted and the staff was really nice. I like Logan’s because I can get a steak with no frills or pepper rub all over it….just MEAT. We enjoyed our steaks. They were perfectly cooked medium rare and the broccoli I ordered was fresh and properly steamed.
