  I had the worst experience at McAlister EVER!!@ the west monroe location…I will never ever return their and I live in West Monroe I will take my business elsewhere I will be letting my family and friends in on the RUDENESS First off the cashier –>SHELL<– DID NOT HAVE HOSPITALITY AT ALL didnt smile are greet me just asked what could she get me OMG I thought when i walked in i seen a sign that clearly says McAlisters has hospitality and friendly employees NO THAT'S A LIE she was really RUDE especially when I asked her about the SPUD MAX I was getting I asked for EXTRA GRILL CHICKEN BASICALLY EVERYTHING EXTRA did I get that NO I made it all the way home and open my box and it look like a kids spud…2.I ordered a to go so I'm standing here watching MISS SHELL pick up my ticket off my food that was ready to be baggage up layed it back down looked at me like your gonna wait on this I WAS OUT DONE THEN a young man that had just clocked out walked outside but I guess he had forgotten something and walked back in seen that I had been waiting for like 30 mins already was polite enough to call out my name it's more to this that I could write about my experience but I'll let it go there I DO KNOW I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!#THANKS MCALISTER FOR THE RUDENESS AND THAT 11$ KIDS SPUD MCALISTER THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY are you'll lose more then me as a costumer cause I WAS A FAITHFUL COSTUMER TO!!!NEVER EVER WILL I!!!

  So far so Good. I’ve been here different times of the day, and have always experienced friendly and efficient service, well prepared sandwiches and fair prices. And I can call in my order for even faster service. I like ’em.

  I haven’t reviewed on about 6 months but here’s an update. Food is the same… service and servings have weakened. Seems like they have been skimpy with simple necessary basics for dining to make up for the new unnecessary menus & flatscreens. I hope they improve… Also, always check your bag before you leave. Items are always left out… Major & Minor.28 Nov, 2010I have been eating McAlisters since 05′ but quit going for about a yeat after the discontinuation of the fajita spud. Now I have gotten a new fav 🙂 …The service is always good but it’s necessary to check to go orders for detail. I’ve had a few spuds that seemed thrown together but that’s rare. I always have to ask for more butter + sour cream because they skimp even with 2 loaded spuds! All in all a good place to eat…. I never eat sandwiches so no review there…. And salsa is great!
