Worst Experience ever.. Went out to eat Saturday after playing putt putt and decided on Outback. As a former service industry member, I understand having to wait on busy nights. Boy were we in for a treat. With a table of 6, we were brought 1 loaf of bread about 45 minutes after we were seated. After waiting for ranch for our blooming onion for about 20 minutes, the waitress brought us plastic forks and knives. AT A STEAKHOUSE! At this point you could tell our waitress had givin up on our table and focused the majority of her attention on a table of 2. Steaks were cold, and were brought out our sides 10 minutes after our steaks. The kids macncheese was just noodles, no cheese. We were very dissapointed to say the least.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced at an outback. Ordered medium steak and received well done. They took it back to redo and after 25 mins with no server or manager checking on us had to go to hostess to find manager who said he would check on it. Several minutes later my husband finally gave up and insisted we just wanted steak removed from our bill give us check so we could leave. The manager finally came back apologized and comped the meal and gave me a $20 gift cert. but I would have rather had my perfectly cooked steak and not left totally frustrated and hungry. This restaurant doesn’t deserve to call itself Outback Steakhouse.
Had the 14ozone ribeye and wife had 10ozto ribeye with loaded baked potato and salad. Everything was awesome and cooked just right. The special seasoning they put on steaks is awesome.
Louisiana urban critic is an idiot!!! How can you trust someone who’s favorites include Panchos? It is comical.04 Apr, 2011Better and Better. The new Woodfire grill is fantastic! The staff is always smiling and helpful. I have been going to this Outback since it opened up. The negative reviews about this Outback are ridiculous! Best place to eat in West Monroe and Monroe!!
