  The people are rude and the thighs were greasy and the breasts tasted like cardboard. Did not have mac & cheese for a side so got potatoes and gravy, get home no gravy. I urge every person reading this to NEVER go to this place and order anything. I tried doing the survey on the phone and at website but was not successful since it did not recognize my receipt. Bottom line the staff and the food suck and for that this place gets a 1.0 rating…

  Complaint of Terrible Service at Thomas Road Popeyes in West Monroe, La.. The last few times I have visited this Popeyes, they either don’t have something I order on the menu or something is BROKEN! Tonight, I was asked if I was paying with credit card or cash. I said credit card and was told the machine was broken. I go home and get cash and come back , place my order and am told theyare out of green beans. I substitute, get home and don’t have one of the sides I ordered and paid for!!!!!!!! The service is horrible. They act nice but could care less about all the customer’s problems. Don’t think I will go back. I usually visit them about once a week! NO MORE! When I called the phone # on my ticket, I was asked to take a stupid survey. You folks need to improve on your customer relations and clean house at this restaurant. Get a decent manager and staff. You’re losing business! CA

  This is absolutely the WORST Popeyes to go to and I’ve been to some pretty bad ones. I’ve been there abt 8 or 9 times in the past 2 months and each time they have not failed at making me mad. Anywhere from waiting for 45 mins on 1 poboy meal bc somehow they forgot my order to the lady at the drive thru window telling me I can’t add anything else to my order bc she already ran my card when I told her she could run it again as a seperate transaction. Its always nasty and when u ask for anything like sauce or napkins they are rude. Its RIDICULOUS and I do not recommemd going there.
