Go for the onion rings.. They know how to fry fish and had a nice stuffed crab. The dirty rice was good and full of meat, The upcharge for the onion rings was well worth it — they use a puffy batter (like for the fish in fish and chips) I have never had before,. but there are made fresh and were very very good They were the best part of the meal, and the serving was generous.
Scott’s Catfish & Seafood in West Monroe LA. Some of the BEST fried oysters I have had in a restaurant! They are absolutely delicious. Went there this past week and they tasted very fresh (June/2014)!!!!!
Scott’s haa the worst service I have ever endured. It took 35 minutes for me to receive my to go order. 3 people ordered to go after me and received there’s before me. As well as 5 people ordering in. I will never return.

Drive Thru A Lot. I’ve never been inside, but for the most part the window people are courteous. The catfish is good, but sometimes really salty. The sides are ok for restaurant bulk. The burgers are too small and maybe meat. The cold shrimp is tasteless. The fried oysters are typical. Overall, I’m pretty much bored with them.
