Addict. I love Wingstop!! The staff i agree has a lot to work on, but they do greet me every time i have walked in and they remember my name. I don’t care if the service sucks the food is delicious!
Seriously?. This place has the absolute worst service of any restaurant in Louisiana. Every single time I have been there, the staff has been incredibly rude. The last time I went, the girl taking my order never even spoke to me. I walked up to the desk and she just looked at me like I was stupid. After about two minutes of just staring at each other, I told her what I wanted and handed her my money..she NEVER even said a word. It would be different if that was the only time, but it wasn’t. The food is great, but I won’t be going back anymore. They’ve had enough chances.
Great wings! Love em, but they are a bit pricey for wings and the service has been horrible every time i go in the place. To me its just not worth it.

New Management?. We have been going to Wingstop for years. There for a while the service was terrible!!! I vowed to never go back after attemting to call in an order and no one would answer. We thought they might be closed (doubtful considering it was 8pm on a Monday) so we decided to ride up there and see what the problem was. After getting to the place my husband walked in with his cell phone, and dialed them again just to see the reason as to why they weren’t answering. After all, there was only 3 people dinning in that night! Soon we discovered they had TURNED OFF the ringer on their phone! That was a huge letdown….and we immediately left after realizing just how lazy the staff was. Long story short, we have called in and dined in since, and havent had a problem! Food is always fresh and delicious, and will continue to use them.Maybe they fired all the staff from that night?
Hands down, the BEST wings in town!. You absolutely cannot go wrong with anything you order at this establishment. They’re cafes are clean, they have wonderful staff, and the food is awesome each and every time. This is a treat that I share with my family at least 3 times per month! My children adore it, and there’s nothing that can compare to it. Lemon pepper, Parmesan, Hawaiian <~ are my kids favorite! It's a definite "must try"!
