I have eaten at Roundtop several times. The employees were so nice and helpful the food is awesome. I ate the hamburger with fries and I’m hooked. Best burger ever and by the way the burgers are made from fresh ground meat everyday. No filler there for sure. I’ll be sure to go back!
I was extremely disappointed the food was fantastic. But the cashier was so rude I ordered two burgers on with French fries one with onion rings did not know until I was home they both had fries when I called. To make them aware the same rude cashier told me I didn’t order onion rings. Really now I am sure I know what I ordered customer service is so important to your business it doesn’t matter how good the food is if you’re employees are rude to customer’s they won’t be back
The blt is awesome and so are the salads. For lunch, my crewmates and I order food and we have no complaints. The onion rings are best when they first come out of the fryer but I eat them either way. So far, the best in Westlake area!
Nope, nope, nope. Severely disappointed and will not be returning. The lady, before she left but after taking our order said our roast beef poboys came with the au jus gravy, and it clearly states that on the chalkboard menu. Alas, when they came out, they magically no longer came with the gravy and we had to go back and pay for it. Do NOT not not get onion rings. You’ll get a whole 5 or 6 of the pre-made type that is partly inedible: the kind that will not chew, despite how much you move your jaws. Overall, 2 out ten…? And that’s because the food is edible. Congratulations, you guys made edible food.
I’ve never had a bad meal here and the people are always super friendly. Their triple is delicious and I’ve never had a better BLT. I’ve been going there since shortly after they opened and have not seen the quality go down. As long as they maintain the quality of food and service I will continue to patronize this establishment 🙂
I love it!. The burgers are the best I’ve had around the entire Westlake/Lake Charles area. Love it.
I was very dissatisfied with their hamburger. The meat patty was more filler than meat. It was probably great when it first opened but I don’t see this place staying in buisness with its subpar products much longer.
