We stopped in for lunch the other day. I ate the Catfish Atchafalya and my husband had the Hookies call. Both meals were f’n delicious! The server was very attentive. The manager even came by to check on us and make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for good food and a good value in the Youngsville area!
Had a great time here at Hook’d Up. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the drinks were awesome. Overall a great experience. The trivia night on Monday was extremely fun!
Best burger around! My favorite is the Hook’d Up burger- it’s got fried jalapeos, cheese, dressed with an onion ring to top off this great combination! Hand battered onion rings make for a great side or an appetizer if I can’t decide between their fries or sweet potato fries!
I had high hopes, but was a let down. The food is good, but there are so many better options in this area. The atmosphere is lacking greatly. For a relatively new shopping center, the inside is reminiscent of an old early nineties joint, but not in a good way.
The food was a great value. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the price for what you get can’t be beat. The manager came around to our table several times keeping himself updated on how we felt about our dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Good food, friendly service. I will be honest and say that I was very reluctant to try Hook’d Up, too many overly enthusiastic single reviewers here which tells me it is usually family, friends, employees posting and more than a few dissatisfied customer reviews. However, my sister suggested trying this place after church one Saturday so I went and hoped for the best. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised. For the most part we all enjoyed our food very much, the lone exception being my son who wasn’t impressed with the queso. I had the fried oyster basket with onion rings. The oysters were plentiful, a nice size and fried perfectly; the onion rings were also very good. My dad had the Hokie’s Call which he said was really good and my brother-in-law couldn’t stop talking about the Hook’d Up burger. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. Glad I gave this place a chance!
