We had a group lunch here today. The outside setting is nice for the few days you can do that here in south Louisiana.The service was respectable. The Cajun Spice pizza was very good. We were warned it was rather spicy but a lover of hot food I did not think overly so. The Cajun chicken pasta and Cajun seafood pasta dishes that others tried were well liked as well. I would recommend and will go back
Very Good. SMP location has been very satisfying! I have yet to find anything I dislike there and we absolutely LOVE the Mediterranean hummus! Highly recommend!
We Go Often…….. We prefer the Romacelli location at SMP better than RR…..plus we enjoy a little nice ride down there and it’s much more enjoyable with the traffic flow that the roundabouts have created. However, the last two times we have arrived, the ONE handicap spot has had the same SUV park there and I do NOT see a handicap sign or license on it. This is very disrespectful. Anyway, we love the spinach & artichoke pizza. They also offer a pasta anyway you like and the meatballs there are very good! The tea is strong and the servers are very friendly so with all of this, my meal is usually very nice. However, I have noticed that every time we go, the staff likes to walk out of the kitchen chewing food. While knowing the food MUST be good if the staff is eating it, this action is very unprofessional! The servers bring the food out too fast and most of the time, it is BEFORE you have finished the previous dish. The meal is really rushed and if this is a problem for the servers then the servers should ask if the customer is in a hurry and body language is a perfect clue for figuring this out without having to ask!!! Most diners in this type of a restaurant do NOT want to be bombarded with their food…especially when the food is delicious. The cooks really seem to put out a good product. However, I would like my pasta more on an al dente side and served HOT. I would also like to add that the bread used is a very good choice and it differentiates Romacelli from other local restaurants!!
Great Pizza. Huge fan of their pizza, and the Spinach and Artichoke dip is great. Service is really good also!
We had a really great experience! Place is real nice, staff was great, and the food was really tasty! My kids have definitely been nagging me to take Them back. My youngest has been craving their salad. Lol. Its a must go to place to dine with family or friends. Keep up the good work!
I want to try it…. I like the River Ranch location and I want to try the Sugarmill Pond location, but every time I’m down that way it appears that the place is empty. I don’t think the SMP area is coming along as quickly as originally anticipated and I’d hate to see this place be a casualty. I’m stopping in this week!
