Awful service, had the audacity to add a 20% tip to the bill. Mediocre food, apathetic service. Two of the entrees didn’t even make it out with the rest of the meal, leaving two of us to sit and watch rest of the family eat. By the time they came out (nothing special, just a burger and a shawarma) everyone else was done and my burger was cold. Inexcusable. In addition, three adults and three kids did a bill of >$90 with nothing special and no alcohol. Won’t be back. The icing on the cake was the mandatory 20% gratuity charged for three adults and three kids. Really? You were so embarrassed by the service and feared your tip so much that you charged me an extra $15? Really, really bad. Can’t recommend at all. There are a lot better places in Zachary for 2/3 the cost.

Horrible to-go service. This restaurant is nice to dine in at. However it is a nightmare when it comes to getting a take out order.

Food good, Service Bad. I have been to this restaurant about a dozen times, both as dine in and carry out. The food is good, no question. The service… oh the service is just plain bad. Once we were seated, we were greeted and gave our drink orders. I don’t understand why it takes over 15 min to get non-alcoholic drinks. Then to our waitress to come over we had to ask another waitress to get ours, multiple times. The help is not rude, they are just not attentive. I have called in orders to pick up since I now refuse to go sit down and eat there. Once again, the food is good. But I just keep getting frustrated every time I walk in there. I am told I may pick up in 20min, which is fine. I end up standing and waiting for food for another 15 to 20min. Which when I get it, is not properly packed, or just not right. Just not happy with this place.

Greek/Lebanese in Ztown. We love the place and eat there at least once a week. (I don’t cook at home very much!) It’s Zachary, so not too fancy, but the flavors are spot on. Rivals the original Arzi’s. My only criticism is that many of the dishes have the same sauces. Stick to the house wines as they don’t know much about mixing a cocktail. But… it beats fighting I-110 and we always have a box full to take home.

When I want good Greek I go from south baton rouge to Zachary just for this place…. What is there not to love?

Best hummus, best Shwarma, best salads, best all around greek food I’ve ever had in my life. I swear, I crave this food every single day. Careful, you might get addicted.

Pleasantly Surprised. My wife and I dropped in for lunch about three weeks ago. 1st impression was that the place could have been a little cleaner, but heck in Zachary there are not too many choices to eat other than fast food so you take your chances. I am glad I did as both our dishes and the service were very good. My wife had some sort of cabbage roll appetizer that she said was wonderful. I had shrimp scampi and the shrimp were fresh, large and like the pasta cooked to perfection. The only thing I did not like, nor expect in a scampi, were mushrooms, maybe that is a Greek thing. We plan to visit the location nearer us in Denham Springs in the not too distant future for a dinner serving. I will ask the chef to do my scampi traditional, without mushrooms this time.
