TERRIBLE SHRIMP PLATE. I have been temped to try this place for a while. I asked if the coleslaw was fresh, since I could not substitute it for salad. She assured me it was made daily. DUH! She lied. It was the worst coleslaw I have tasted in twenty years. The shrimp had a bad smell, i’m sure they were old. The french fries were mostly tough, why? The hushpuppies would have been ok for taste, but they were mostly drenched in oil. If you are looking for a good shrimp plate, this is not the place.
Love the freshness and flavor!!. I had not been for a while and decided to treat myself. I ordered the fish and shrimp plate to go. While the food was hot, fresh, and very well seasoned, I was short one piece of catfish. I did find the fish fillets were a little on the smallish size. But overall, I give them a two thumbs up! Oh, and I am glad they changed the recipe for the hushmuffins! I like the new flavor a whole lot better!!!
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We ate here for the first time in two years. I got the pecan grilled smoked turkey club sandwich and I fell in love. My husband ate the 8 inch Louisiana Gulf oyster poboy and he said he’s never had better. Thank you to the Cajun Catch staff for a wonderful surprise on our little date. Service was great and food was even better. We’ll definitely be back
LINE TO THE DOOR. Gumbo was great!!!! Hamburger is the BEST!!! People packing in for lunch. Definitely need more seating.
Very Disappointed. I have to agree the new owners have ruined it. I loved their burgers, we got one the other night and you could not even bite into the bread. Guess they have cut quality to make more money. Sad!!!!
