The last SEVERAL times I have ordered the orders have been delivered well over an hour later than scheduled, and when I have called to inquire about the orders the staff gives the same excuses of: 1) The delivery person is on the way and they just left 20 minutes ago, 2) the delivery person has [insert number] deliveries other than yours, and 3) he/she is outside of your house now (no one has been outside of my home, especially the delivery person). This most recent time I called twice inquiring about my order and requested a refund. Neither staff member who answered the phone the times I called attempted to apologize or give any customer service. I declined to have a cold pizza and wing orders delivered because I am done. Very disappointing service!
