  First time Take Out. All went nicely with service, Superb ! I enjoyed my Cashew Chicken…fresh, tender and tasty. The veggies, different than a lot of bok choy or celery and reheated tasting chicken that I have gotten used to most always elsewhere . I like too, Chopsticks did not over season the entre but included sauces so I do the seasoning. Crab Rangoon…Best I have had since…ever! the rice was so-so but I didn’t order any sp. type, think its vegan. aaand plenty of fresh tasty Cashew Nut meats to compliment perfect sauce and chicken !

  OMG The best vegetarian dishes ever!. They have amazingly fresh food! The ginger sauce they make is second to none. Also, they use eggplant in some of their dishes. The restaurant did change hands however, new management at the restaurant are wonderful people. They also updated the inside and it looks beautiful. I love the previous owners as well. What a great continuation of my favorite Chinese food restaurant!

  My family and I just left Chopsticks and we have only good things to say!Our server was fantastic. She was very friendly, attentive and engaging with my young child. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. I had Pad Thai Chicken and my husband had General Tso’s chicken. Both entrees were awesome. Great find for us and great new owners! I would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

  AMAZING!!. I went there for the first time yesterday and was amazed at how good the food was. It was so fresh and no MSG!! I left leaving good and happy. Also, Christine is so friendly and helpful. I’m a vegan so I have to know what goes into my food and she is a long time vegetarian so she knew exactly what I wanted/needed and would like. *NOTE* She also owns the China Garden restaurant in Orono but steer clear of that place. You will not get the same friendly service or great tasting food. I had the worst service experience of my life there today. The food wasn’t even what I wanted and it was disgusting, inedible. I even had my girlfriend and her 3 year old try it and neither of them would eat it either. I wouldn’t really call any of us picky so this food had to have been TERRIBLE to go uneaten. And what was worse was we were still charged full price and she never apologized or offered to do anything for us. The waitress was incredibly rude and acted like I was being a bother and she repeatedly told me I should stick to eating at Chopsticks. Who treats a customer that way? I left hungry and completely offended. I will NEVER eat there again!!

  Great, natural food!. I’m a vegan, and Christine, the owner is a vegetarian. She will make special orders if you call ahead or tell her at the restaurant. I love the sesame Tofu dish!!

  Great. From NYC and was sorely disappointed in Chinese here in Bangor BUT WAS REDEEMED AT Chopsticks. No MSG, fresh ingredients and creativity! I am very impressed with the fresh ingredients and the flavor instead of focusing on just salting. YEAH! Hoping she stays for a long time…Lee
