Order delivered to Eastern Maine Medical Center (next day). I am writing to thank Frank’s Bake Shop for their awesome customer service. I ordered three pies for a friend’s family who was waiting for the condition of a loved one in Eastern Maine Medical Center. Frank’s answers my Emails (sent after hours), picked up the phone during the day, delivered the pies next day, emailed me my receipt and when I asked how the delivery went they gave me the best report they could. Thank you! I am very appreciative of the kindness and attention that Frank’s pays to its customers. Makes me want to move to Maine.
For pastry and now sandwiches….. Frank’s is THE place! It’s been a local landmark for eons and the crowds near any holiday can strip the place bare. Many locals wouldn’t think of going to work without stopping for coffee and donuts at Franks. Now, with their sandwich offerings, you can pick up your lunch at the same time. Despite a fast and efficient staff, sometimes there’s a wait but it’s well worth it. Can’t recommend it enough!
