Pho Broth perfection!. I have mixed feelings, but in the end the clear broth in beef Pho will certainly bring me back. Nearly everything else was just OK. The basil was just short of wilted, just two slivered slices of jalapeno and the thin beef was minimal. Even the noodles were clumpy, but the broth was nearly perfect. Light, herbaceous, sweet, beefy and truly nearly clear! The Bahn Mi we shared as an app was good, though in need of some flavors: no spicy, no salty, and a bit pricey by any Vietnamese places standards. The pork/shrimp crepes were lackluster and the lettuce was wet. Service was slow, the place is a little dingy, and again, the prices too high. But, they earn my thumbs up, for a great Pho broth, pretty much the only place north of Portland with decent Pho.
