If you have grown weary of those massive feeding troughs on the other side of town head over to Panda Garden to satisfy your palate for Bangor’s most authentic Asian cuisine.
You really should try it. Tucked away in a part of Bangor that doesn’t get any pedestrian traffic (except going to the library across the street), Panda Garden hangs on year after year providing really good food and nominal prices. I’ve eaten there with native Chinese just visiting Bangor and they proclaim the food excellent as well. A small but very pleasant buffet at noon is available also. Prompt and efficient take-out too. A very nice place where you’ll feel welcome and appreciated.
