Yummy! The food was wonderful. The waitstaff was very attentive and helpful. They were extremely accommodating to our vegan diet (which is refreshing). We loved it!
Absolutely awful. The only good thing was the drink which I needed a lot before I could choke down the food. Cold, bland, and the service was worse. Do not waste your money.
Delicious sushi and excellent vegetarian options. Good service( y’all are crazy. The waitresses I’ve had are prompt, organized and neat. They are timely too. This isn’t mcdonalds guys. It’s a sit down resturaunt cool your tits and get over it) . I had an evening with friends and it was lovely. Try the crab rangunes (sp?) and the dragon rolls. The sushi is well priced and the atmosphere is lovely. The decorating is impeccable. It’s near the Penobscot theatre. Good place for a date.
Bad service, disorganized staff. Tables were seated with no one informing the waitresses. When she was told there were customers waiting the waitress refused to serve them. We sat at the bar for 30 minutes waiting for a table even though two were empty and dirty. Staff was ill prepared to deal with customers and complaining to each other where other diners could hear them. We didn’t eat the food obviously because we weren’t seated at a table, but we won’t be back.
Extremely Poor Service. Ordered our drinks, spring rolls and meal at 5:10. Got the drinks and spring rolls but at 6:20 still no meal. Waitress brought the drinks and spring rolls -never saw her again. Went to the bar to pay and no one knew what to do! 1st time we went here it was very good but this time was the pits. Probably won’t be going back.
Bad Service Does Not Cancel Out Good Food. Have had better customer service at the Motor Vehicle Commission. Waitress was inept and in my opinion high on something. Tried to get a manager or even a grown up to help us, but there was none to be found. Food was good, but not worth going to a place that cares this little about service on a weekend night. Avoid.
