JD's Smoky Pit BBQ offers Pulled Pork, Pork Ribs(St Louis style), BBQ'd Chicken, Home-Made Cole Slaw, and JD's Signature Smoke-House Beans. Sauce it up with JD's Original Sauce or JD's Vinegar Sauce, or put on a mixture of the two the way Mrs. JD enjoys it. JD starts smoking/cooking at 4am, he opens at 12 noon, and closes up for the day when he's sold out. You'll want to get here as close to noon as you can so you don't miss out.
