Wait…wait…wait. Order placed by phone with a 15 – 20 minute pickup time. Order ready 60 minutes after call. This is the second consecutive time I had to wait 1 hour for a 20 minute pickup in a two month period. No apologies from counter staff or owner who was at the counter. Food is not what it used to be. Much worse. Flavorless. I will NOT go back there again.
