Excellent food. It is family friendly, but nice enough for a date, too. The sushi was some of the best I’ve had. There is better Lorean food in Greater Portland, but this was still very good. We plan to go back often!!
My family and I had a truly awesome meal at Chopstick tonight. My five year old ordered the bulgogi and it was tender and well seasoned. My husband and I shared four sushi rolls. All were beautifully prepared and had innovative ingredient combinations. The signature Chopstick maki was especially well balanced. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was attentive and gracious. We cannot wait to return.

Solid Korean. Don’t be fooled by the lousy sign and the strip-mall location. This is a terrific sushi place and the Korean dishes (bi bim bab) are delicious.
This place has great food and the server was very nice. The spring rolls were delicious and so was the sushi.
Really great, fresh sushi. The noodle dishes leave a little to be desired but you really can’t beat the sushi.
Excellent. Some of the best sushi around, prepared by Chef Kab Rak Ma. My new favorite dish is Bibimbab with Bulgoki. And you’ll find no better hostess and wait person than Angie. She’ll take care of you with the perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism, humor, and class, making for a wonderful meal all the way around.
