Love this place. Great Pub food, great service.
Awesome. Tonight I had the best haddock I have had at any restaurant all summer at Gritty’s! I love the pub atmosphere and the friendly staff.
Great beer. Always changing flavors with the season. Great food, good service. There is a little gift shop too with the normal sweatshirts and keychains but you can also get mini kegs of your favorite brew or single bottles. We stop every time we come to Maine.
So so. Beer was great, service was superb, food was barely mediocre. Would go again for just drinks and maybe a snack.

Gritty’s Pub Style Ale is delicious. We had their half lobster Mac and cheese which was deliciously loaded with lobster.This place is popular to be sure, but it’s NOT a tourist trap.
Food was okay. Beer was great. The hundreds of mugs tell a very different tale than the guy who thought it was only for tourists, though that is indeed what I am.
