Newest American, fine casual restaurant in the area! We focus on updated versions of food memories we grew up with. Everything is fresh, from scratch and local. There is no freezer, can opener or microwave on site. Our bar top is laid with over 10,000 pennies. We wanted to throw back to a time where your bartender was your confidant, hence the "penny for your thoughts". You should see the shine on all that copper when the sun hits it just right! Our cocktails are all made with freshly squeezed juices and we incorporate a lot of locally made spirits. The draft beer line up is also unique and mostly Maine brews. Our menu has a little something for everyone. Although we don't have a separate gluten free menu over 2/3 of it is naturally gluten free. Yes even the fried chicken!! Vegetarian options are plentiful and the Steak "Wellington" is a must for the meat eaters. Dessert is to die for as we have a pastry chef on site.
