Hard to find but worth the search. Had a little bit of everything. The seaweed salad, beef bolgogi, and sashimi plate were excelent. From the outside I thought no way but inside was charming and food was excellent.
Friendly, homey and wicked convenient. This place is right next door to the little airport hotel we and our friends were staying at for our wedding. With this odd location, how good could it be? Certainly more than good enough for a walk from the Comfort Inn, and a drive from elsewhere. First, the service–having to seat and serve about a dozen people arriving unannounced in a place that would quickly fill could throw many restaurants off their game, but they handled it with skill, experience, patience and refreshing enthusiasm.This herculean effort was not lost on the food. Granted, it was not spectacular, but they do have quite the selection going to suit what you hunger for, offering both Korean and Japanese fare with a dash of local flavor thrown in for good measure. Complimentary tapas were a nice touch. My cayenne spiced tofu stew warmed me to the core. Sushi eaters in the party gave it their seal of approval. My notoriously finicky-eating stepfather even found stuff he liked. Places like this just make you smile.
