Pannini lacks flavor. Does the owner know the difference between pork shoulder and pork butt?25 Oct, 2012Great pizza for those that like burnt cracker crust. Roast pork Pannini lacks pork or roasted flavor and was dry. Chef should try Duck Fat in Portland for a better Pannini.
