The lights are not on upstairs….. Two weeks in a row now I have driven by to get my coffee before i go to work and the outside lights were out including menu board. At first i thought they closed early due to technical problems the next night the same thing. The second week I stoped anyway to see what was up and to my surprize they were open. When I mentioned I couldn’t see the menue board the girl seemed dazed and confused like she was snorting the powdered sugar out back. I couldn’t believe they were off the next two nights…Ellsworth D&D is losing lots of money due to the morons on 3rd shift..I really believe it’s diliberate due to lazy workers thinking if they leave lights off people will think we are closed and we can sit on our ass all night. At least your electric bill is smaller.

Under New Management. This review is for anyone who had bad coffee, service, food, etc. Please return and try us out again. We switched management in January 2012, with a focus on improving service and providing great coffee and treats. Come back and try something and repost a review. Thanks, and ask for Jessica the new manager (me) and give me your feedback
Dumb and Ungrateful. If it wasn’t the only drive-thru donut place in town, I’d never go here. As it is, I’m in about twice a week. It’s a rare (VERY rare) day when someone says ‘Thank You’ and they regularly put a paper cup on the counter and drive-thru window soliciting tips for their surlyness and stupidity. Dunkin is never a place to look for intelligence but this one is near unique in its ‘you’re lucky we’re here – so show it!’ attitude towards its customers. Sad. Very sad.
