Love Martha’s Diner!. Martha’s Diner in Ellsworth, Maine, is THE place to stop for breakfast when you are in the Bar Harbor area! Great food! Wonderful service! Amazing staff! And Martha is a doll! My husband I both had corned beef hash with eggs. The hash was perfectly crisped, not greasy; the eggs were cooked exactly right…mine over easy, his over medium! The toast, made from their homemade bread, was thick and tasty! The couple traveling with us had pancakes, eggs, and a fruit cup big enough for 2! Like us, they were totally pleased with their breakfast! Do yourself a favor and seek out Martha’s Diner! It’s worth the drive!
