Staff incompetence personified. Ask for something using the terms ON THE MENU OVERHEAD and you’ll get seven questions as to what you want. You point to the item and they’ll use a different name as if you’re a total dunce. No other Wendy’s I go to seems to have quite the consistency of ‘we’ll tell you what WE want to call it’ attitude as this particular facility. Food is exactly what you’d expect from Wendys although is often overly greasy. Try Giant Sub up the street for something different – and no argument about what the staff seems to think something should be called despite their own menu.
