Great food – bad phone answering. I love the food at Huber’s – their pizza is good and very reasonably priced. They make the best cheese steak I’ve had in a long time and the staff is very friendly. Clean and open area to eat in and very clean bathroom. My only complaint is that whenever I try to call and order I have always been answered by a busy tone. I know this is typically not unusual for a pizza place, but when I repeatedly call back (I mean many, many, MANY times) over a 15 minute period and still don’t get an answer it makes me wonder if someone is just making personal calls at work and tying up their phone line. I called another place to order pizza last time we ordered take out because I couldn’t reach anyone at Huber’s. It’s too bad – they will lose business if they can’t take a phone order.Maybe they need a separate phone line for the pizza counter.
