Address is wrong it is 243 Main Street. Food was not that good. In my opinion it was sub par for pub food. Service was good and the Italian beef sandwich was good but the three fried sea food meals were very greasy and terrible considering we are on the coast of Maine. The fried meals were maybe what you might expect in a greasy spoon in Oklahoma or some place very far from the sea.
Fit the bill. Was looking for some pub food and atmosphere and found it at Maxwell’s. Had the Cuban pulled pork sandwich which was very good. Serv ice was good and the place was clean and looked fine. Didn’t meet the owner/bartender so I can’t speak to that. Drinks were good and priced well. I’ll definitely try it again.
