Great bar where you can meet the locals with very friendly bartenders. They have a pool table, fire pit, music and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The owner’s dog comes to the bar often and I got to bring my dog too.
I stopped in for a cold one, and had a nice visit with some locals. I liked the atmosphere and recommend stopping in.
Even if you don’t imbibe, everyone should at least visit this place, it’s just the best !!! A local watering hole with a ton of flair. After a couple, wander across the street to the Scootic Inn restaurant , see review.
Want to see some AMAZING canoes worked into the decor?? Your mouth will fall agape with the rustic history in this saloon, which is what the Katahdin area is all about. Great back room pool table, and fantastic outdoor area.
