Poor organization, manager did not listen to my request to refund my payment for sandwich. People AFTER I ordered got their order. I informed manager I could not wait and she failed to respond to my request. Instead asking the worker to make my sandwich despite my plea I needed to leave and could not wait. This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have EVER been to! My advice, stop at the Dunkin in Brewer or Ellsworth.
