Mrs.c. First of all….food was absolutely delicious! We had hibachi and sushi and it all was extremely tasty. Service was great as well. We had reservations but still had to wait an hour to be seated. The hibachi room was way to hot for my liking. It was maybe 70 degrees outside and felt like 150 degrees inside. We were all so hot, sweaty and uncomfortable that it took away from enjoying the experience. I myself had to constantly fan myself with a menu while others were using cloths dipped in water to cool off. Although I absolutely loved the food I will not return due to the temperature. Please note that I am normally ok with warmth, this was just beyond acceptable. Floor air conditioners are needed as there are no windows. I left completely sweaty with my hair and clothes being wet. Thanks

Another great Asian option in Portland’s historic downtown. The crowds are usually many and the hibachi is recommended. If you enjoy sushi, try the Casco Bay Roll, a spicy tuna roll tempura fried and served with spicy mayo on top, it is to die for. Just saying, the prices are not cheap but there are some less pricy options and you get what you pay for.
